Job Overview:
We are seeking a diligent Quality Control Specialist to oversee the production of high-quality leather jackets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of leather materials, stitching, finishes, and fittings to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to minimize defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and provide actionable feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, quality issues, and corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in leather jacket production.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in quality control within the leather garment industry.
- Strong knowledge of leather materials, stitching techniques, and garment finishes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
