Job Title:

Accounts Manager

Job Description:

The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the day-to-day finance operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, leadership, analytical skills and ability to supervise junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accurate representation of the company's performance.
  • Ensure timely filing of returns and maintain adherence to internal controls and company policies.
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audits and compliance.
  • Supervise junior finance staff and assist in their development to enhance team efficiency.
  • Manage and update financial records within ERP system.

Requirements:

  • ACMA Qualified (mandatory)
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance
  • Ability to supervise and lead a finance team
  • Detail-oriented and analytical thinking
  • Familiarity with ERP systems

Working Style:

This is an on-site full-time position based in Lahore. The selected candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and work efficiently under pressure.
