Drive Sales Growth in Industrial Fuels and Lubricants

Petrofast seeks a results-driven Regional Sales Development Manager to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and oversee the distribution of fuels and lubricants within a designated region or territory.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in the assigned area.
  2. Market Penetration: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region to increase market share.
  3. Customer Retention: Retain and grow existing customer accounts, building long-term relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Main point of contact for key clients and customers in the region.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on product applications and usage.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
  • Analyze sales data, monitor regional market conditions, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise:
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Petrofast's product portfolio, including fuels, lubricants, and related services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory changes affecting the market.
Job Requirements:

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position with a focus on sales and business development in the oil and gas industry.
