The role of Regional Sales Head is to drive business expansion and growth in a designated region. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for revenue increase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Business Development: Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering new opportunities, and evaluating their potential.
- Negotiation and Contracting: Develop negotiating strategies, negotiate contracts, and integrate contract requirements with business operations.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials to evaluate options and recommend equity investments.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase revenue.
Requirements and Skills
- Candidates must have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of market strategies and the ability to analyze financial data is required.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential for this role.
