Data Analyst - Business Performance

This role involves working closely with various teams to identify areas of business underperformance and propose initiatives to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve performance.
  3. Create dashboards and reports to measure progress.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or Master's in STEM field or Economics from a top-tier institution.
  2. 1-3 years of experience.
  3. Proficiency in creating dashboards.
  4. Knowledge of Python is an asset.
  5. Familiarity with PowerBI is beneficial.
  6. Able to structure/source data into a data warehouse and automate processes that support business.
