As a strategic business analyst, you will be responsible for driving growth through data-driven insights and operational efficiency. You will support sales teams by optimizing processes, ensuring efficient use of tools, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness.

  • Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and customer behaviors to inform sales strategy optimization
  • Track key sales metrics such as conversion rates, sales cycle length, and closing ratios, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Conduct competitive market analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends, staying ahead of the competition
  • Review stale accounts, sales pipeline, and rotation strategies to optimize the sales process, improving customer engagement and satisfaction
Business & Process Optimization
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance overall business productivity, streamlining workflows and reducing costs
  • Work with stakeholders to improve the sales process, customer journey, and service offerings, aligning with business objectives
  • Support the implementation and optimization of business tools, including CRM, Learning Management Systems, and reporting dashboards, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI
  • Develop data-driven methods to assess business and sales performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and continuous improvement
Lead & Sales Data Management
  • Maintain and manage sales and business databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, providing valuable insights and informed decision-making
  • Research potential new clients through social media, government databases, and industry sources, expanding the sales funnel and increasing revenue potential
  • Verify and update existing client pools, assigning active clients to Sales Account Managers based on location and language preferences, ensuring effective client management and relationship-building
  • Ensure CRM records are up to date by maintaining, updating, and editing client information, maintaining accurate and reliable data
Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Collect and analyze large datasets, generating insights on sales trends, market performance, and operational efficiencies, providing actionable recommendations for business growth
  • Prepare and present sales evaluation reports, performance dashboards, and strategic recommendations to management, informing key decisions and driving business outcomes
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to provide benchmarking and strategic guidance, staying ahead of the competition
  • Track sales enablement metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of business initiatives on revenue and performance, continuously refining and improving business strategies
Sales Team Enablement & Support
  • Provide the sales team with data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition, enhancing sales performance and revenue growth
  • Identify knowledge or skill gaps within the sales team and support training initiatives to enhance performance, improving sales skills and capabilities
  • Stay updated on industry laws, regulations, and best practices, ensuring the sales team is informed of market changes and can adapt accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives, driving cohesive and aligned business results
