Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/Power Apps Specialist

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions and driving business success? Do you have extensive experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Apps projects? If so, we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting detailed business process analysis to understand client requirements and identify areas for improvement. You will then translate these requirements into functional specifications and configure Dynamics 365 CE/Power Apps to meet client needs. Your expertise in the system will ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules – Sales, Customer Service or Field Service.
- Experience with Power Apps – Canvas and Model-driven, Dataverse and Power Automate.
- Customizing workflows, Power Automate Cloud Flows, reports, and dashboards to enhance system functionality and provide valuable insights.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Microsoft certifications preferred.
