Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CE/Power Apps Functional Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Apps projects with a focus on Sales, Customer Service or Field Service, preferably for Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Healthcare & Life Sciences or Financial Services industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules – Sales, Customer Service or Field Service
• Experience with Power Apps – Canvas and Model-driven, Dataverse and Power Automate
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices.
  
  

 Business Process Analysis:

• Conduct detailed business process analysis to understand client requirements and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure Dynamics 365 CE/Power Apps to meet client needs.
• Develop and deliver training programs to end-users to ensure effective adoption of the solution.

Solution Design and Configuration:

• Configure Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Apps modules according to best practices and client requirements.
• Customize workflows, Power Automate Cloud Flows, reports, and dashboards to enhance system functionality and provide valuable insights

Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address system performance issues and implement enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant serving international clients.
• Scrum certifications or experience working in an Agile development environment with knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, PL-100, PL-200, PL-600) preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
• Possesses and displays sound judgment, initiative, and flexibility.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
