Technical Support Position in Faisalabad

Seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Faisalabad.

This is an entry-level position, making it an ideal opportunity for freshers to gain experience in the field of technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to clients via phone, email or in-person visits
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identifying solutions to ensure minimal downtime
  • Configure computer systems and applications as required
  • Set up user accounts and permissions with attention to security
  • Perform routine maintenance on computer systems
  • Document client inquiries and resolutions in a database for future reference
  • Collaborate with colleagues to escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Stay updated on new technology trends and advancements through continuous learning
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  2. Thorough knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to diverse situations
  4. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
  5. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment
  6. Willingness to learn and grow with our organization
  7. Prior experience in customer service or technical support beneficial but not required
Compensation:

Competitive salary starting at $900 per month, negotiable based on qualifications and experience

Location:

Full-time position located in Faisalabad
