About the Opportunity

We're looking for a seasoned sales leader who can drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the global SMB market. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales leadership and experience working with complex sales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a global team of SMB Account Executives, guiding them to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Motive's business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales operations to ensure effective use of CRM processes, training, and coaching programs.
  • Measure and analyze sales performance metrics (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
  • Leverage Motive's portfolio to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 4+ years in international sales (US market preferred).
  • 2+ years in sales leadership (plus), ideally within a technology or product-driven company.
  • Proven B2B sales track record with short sales cycles in a fast-paced, highly competitive market.
