Senior Manager of International Sales

We're looking for a seasoned sales leader who can drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the global SMB market. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales leadership and experience working with complex sales teams.
Responsibilities- Manage a global team of SMB Account Executives, guiding them to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Motive's business goals.
- Collaborate with sales operations to ensure effective use of CRM processes, training, and coaching programs.
- Measure and analyze sales performance metrics (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
- Leverage Motive's portfolio to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- 4+ years in international sales (US market preferred).
- 2+ years in sales leadership (plus), ideally within a technology or product-driven company.
- Proven B2B sales track record with short sales cycles in a fast-paced, highly competitive market.
