Job Title: Executive Virtual Assistant

  • Provide expert technical support for various services, including internet, voice, and unified communication.
  • Log and track customer issues accurately in our CRM system.
  • Understand client business needs and educate them on our services and benefits.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products and services to provide informed solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience with a demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic technical troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
