About the Role:

Under the supervision and support of a Project Manager, the Project Officer will be responsible for assisting in project implementation and monitoring of activities. The role involves coordination with pharmacies and district management, data collection, data entry, and ensuring the accurate compilation and input of all project-related data into the relevant database.

The Project Officer will play a key role in devising and executing the monthly M&E work plan to facilitate effective monitoring and evaluation activities. Collaborating with project managers, partners, and external consultants, the officer will actively participate in routine monitoring tasks as needed.

A core focus of the role is to uphold the quality of data entry while consistently meeting established deadlines. This role includes managing other project responsibilities such as helping admin and logistic tasks including but not limited to preparing for trainings and meetings, data backups, retrieving data when necessary, and maintaining the confidentiality of information contained in the data forms.
