About the Role

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Social Media Content Creator.

This role involves planning, creating, and executing high-performing content for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a knack for uncovering trends, crafting compelling narratives, and executing data-informed strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Research & Trend Analysis:

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, niche-specific topics, and viral content. Conduct research on competitors, audience behavior, and platform updates to optimize content direction.

Script Writing:

Create engaging scripts for short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and carousel posts. Develop compelling stories or informative pieces from ideas and research.

Develop Weekly/Monthly Content Calendars:

Create content calendars based on audience insights, goals, and brand voice. Plan engaging formats such as stories, memes, informative videos, carousels, and storytelling posts.

Collaborate with Designers and Editors:

Work with graphic designers, video editors, and digital marketers to bring concepts to life. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.

Performance Monitoring:

Analyze post-performance and audience engagement. Provide insights and recommendations to improve future content.

Requirements
  • Proven Experience in Social Media Content Creation:

Demonstrate experience in creating engaging social media content or digital storytelling.

Excellent Writing and Research Skills:

Possess excellent writing and research skills with a strong understanding of English language.

Platform Knowledge:

Have a solid understanding of major social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.

Creative Thinking and Attention to Detail:

Showcase creative thinking and attention to detail with ability to translate complex ideas into simple, entertaining content.

Tools Familiarity:

Familiarity with tools like Google Trends, ChatGPT, Notion, or Trello is a plus.

Adaptability and Deadlines:

Demonstrate ability to work under deadlines and adapt quickly to feedback.
