SEO Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to analyze, review, and implement changes to websites, ensuring they are optimized for search engines. This includes maximizing traffic to the site by improving page rank within search engines.

The ideal candidate will have the skills to develop original content, incorporating relevant keywords or phrases that increase traffic to the site. They should also be able to test and implement various search engine marketing techniques, website layouts, and advertising strategies for SEO.

This role requires an in-depth understanding of keyword research and SEO copywriting best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to meet client needs and optimize marketing budgets
  • Improve organic search presence for clients through SEO best practices and implementation
  • Conduct thorough site audits and analysis of on-going SEO results
  • Research and evaluate competitors' search marketing efforts
  • Suggest improvements to processes and testing methods

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with SEO
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, and Adwords
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
