Job Specification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of 5 to 8 developers with expertise in software development.
  • Collaborating with business analysts to define software requirements for programming efforts.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective definition, design, and implementation of software solutions.
  • Ensuring scalability, availability, and security of software systems.
  • Coordinating with Test Engineering to create repeatable functional and performance tests.
  • Hands-on coding and contributing to the development process.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in web technologies with a focus on full-stack development.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in modern full-stack development with Node.js backend applications.
  • Some experience in leading a team as a team lead.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js, MongoDB, and RESTful web services.
  • Proficiency in HTML5/CSS5/JavaScript (Angular JS) and ability to work with these technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build complete systems independently and problem solve effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently on multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and practices, especially Agile/iterative development processes.
