Role Overview

This is an entry-level position that involves supporting the HR Manager and CEO in various tasks, including record keeping, recruitment coordination, documentation, and employee support services.

Key Tasks:
  • Assist in CV screening and interview scheduling, maintain basic applicant tracking records, and help prepare joining documents and orientation materials.
  • Maintain updated employee files and records, ensure proper filing of contracts, forms, and personal documentation, and maintain and update leave records and attendance sheets.
  • Provide support in preparing standard letters (e.g., warning letters, experience letters), assist in organizing HR meetings, interviews, and internal events, and liaise with candidates and team members as instructed.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, and 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR support role. They will also have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
