Recruitment Support Role

This internship is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and looking to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

You will be working closely with the recruitment team to source, screen, and onboard potential candidates.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job portals and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to identify top talent.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure accurate records.
  • Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings to attract top candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates to verify their qualifications.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by collecting necessary documentation from new hires.

What You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and candidates.
  • A basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes to succeed in this role.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
