Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for Escalo.ai's software development, AI, cloud computing, and IT services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and industries.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Work closely with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals while achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales performance.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or B2B sales (preferably in software, AI, or cloud solutions).
  • Proven track record of securing new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, software development, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
