About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise Sales to lead our enterprise sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, team leadership, and selling software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Enterprise Sales: Oversee and manage enterprise sales operations to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded.
  2. Mentor Sales Team: Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  3. Develop Software Sales Strategies: Develop and execute plans to effectively sell software solutions.
  4. Grow Market Share: Identify new market opportunities and implement strategies to capture and grow market share.
  5. Align Sales Strategies with Company Objectives: Design and implement sales strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  6. Nurture Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  7. Optimize Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize strategies and achieve objectives.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ Years of proven experience in field sales, Corporate Sales, and software solution selling.
  2. Strong understanding of market sales dynamics.
  3. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  4. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  5. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
