We are seeking a seasoned Business Operations Manager to drive the success of our organization by overseeing and optimizing our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective business strategies to enhance productivity and growth
  2. Design and manage daily operational programs that align with organizational objectives
  3. Lead employee activities, providing necessary resources and support
  4. BUILD and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  5. Manage overall business performance, including financials and metrics
  6. Collaborate with department heads to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports
  7. Develop a deep understanding of business operations and contributing departments
  8. Implement and maintain reports and dashboards using reporting software
  9. Analyze data to inform internal decision-making

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a business management or similar role
  2. Proven track record of developing business strategy
  3. Strong ability with financial and budgetary processes
  4. Superior leadership skills, with a focus on employee coaching and development
  5. Up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Masters degree in Business, Management, or related field
  2. Strong ability with database and information systems software
  3. Experience in data analysis with Power BI
  4. Microsoft Applications: SaaS Product Line Licensure
  5. Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM Pre & Post sales
  6. SAP/NetSuite
