Job Title: AI ML Engineer

Job Description:

Our company is seeking a talented AI ML Engineer to join our team. As an AI ML Engineer, you will be responsible for fine-tuning pre-trained AI models and training custom datasets to optimize AI model performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fine-tune pre-trained AI models for specific use cases
  • Train and optimize models on custom datasets (voice, text, and other structured/unstructured data)
  • Implement transfer learning, supervised learning, and reinforcement learning techniques
  • Work with LLMs, speech-to-text models, text-to-speech models, and embeddings to enhance model performance
  • Optimize models for efficiency, accuracy, and deployment in real-world applications
  • Collaborate with the team to integrate AI models into applications, databases, and products

Requirements:

To be successful as an AI ML Engineer, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong experience in fine-tuning LLMs
  • Experience with speech recognition models like Whisper, DeepSpeech, or wav2vec and text-to-speech models like Tacotron, VITS, FastSpeech, or Coqui TTS
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI API
  • Experience working with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS for AI applications
  • Familiarity with ML frameworks like Keras, Scikit-Learn, FastAPI for model deployment
  • Understanding of cloud-based AI deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure, or on-premise solutions)
