Travel Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Travel Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with booking domestic and international flights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Flight Booking: Utilize global distribution systems (GDS) and other travel booking platforms to search and reserve itineraries for clients.
  • Recommendations: Offer best-value flight options based on client requirements and preferences.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the sales process.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately manage bookings, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Fresh graduates welcome; no prior experience required.
  • Communication Skills: Good spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of computer usage and internet navigation.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Outlook, and Gmail.
  • Training: Willingness to learn GDS systems (training for Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo will be provided).
