  • Provide personalized flight options, itineraries, and travel advice based on customer needs, budget constraints, and destination interests.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest airline offers, travel trends, and industry developments to ensure accurate and relevant information for customers.
  • Handle booking inquiries, process payments, and issue tickets efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with reservation systems and booking platforms (experience with Amadeus, Sabre, or similar systems is a plus).
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling booking inquiries, payments, and ticketing processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate customer demands.
