  • Handle booking inquiries, process payments, and issue tickets efficiently and accurately.

  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling booking inquiries, payments, and ticketing processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate customer demands.
