Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customer complaints are acknowledged and resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handling all new incoming customer complaints via phone, email, or in-person.
  2. Investigating complaints comprehensively and objectively to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  3. Liaising with internal staff and customers to resolve issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Documenting and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and complaint resolutions.
  5. Preparing clear and concise reports and recommendations to management.
  6. Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer service and/or quality function.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
