We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales And Marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development.

The role involves increasing sales revenue, coordinating marketing campaigns, client briefing about ongoing projects, marketing presentations, handling telephonic inquiries professionally, inviting customers to sites, maintaining customer data and following up to mature sales. Individuals will be responsible for identifying and approaching prospective clients in order to generate sales.

To succeed in this role, the individual should have a proven track record of sales and marketing of real estate projects. A minimum of 03-05 years hands-on experience is required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Increase sales revenue through effective sales strategies
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects
  • Brief clients about ongoing projects and provide market updates
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain customer relationships and follow up on sales leads

The successful candidate will have excellent presentation skills, strong analytic and project management skills, and a confident and dynamic personality.
