Job Description
As an Office Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and providing administrative support. If you possess excellent organizational and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Communication: Handle email, phone call, and written correspondence on behalf of staff members.
- Meeting Coordination: Book venues, prepare agendas, and take minutes for meetings.
- Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations accurately and professionally.
- Travel Arrangements: Book flights, accommodations, and itineraries for domestic and international travel.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Office Management: Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining records.
- Support Projects: Provide support on special projects as needed.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Internal Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing calls via Zoom.
