PR and Influencer Marketing Professional

This role involves shaping and promoting the brand's image and reputation.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing and implementing PR&IM strategies, managing crisis communications, creating compelling content, planning events, and building relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders.

  • Key responsibilities include developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media.
  • The candidate must have an active role in planning and execution of influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
  • Developing and maintaining records of campaign reports is essential for this position.
  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH INFLUENCERS AND THOUGHT LEADERS IS A KEY ASPECT OF THIS ROLE.
  • Content development and curation in close coordination with creative teams and client representatives are crucial.
  • Networking and attending relevant events for business purposes is expected.
  • Researching industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users is necessary to stay informed.
  • New approaches to influencer campaigns should be brainstormed regularly.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and influencers is required.
  • Campaign reports should be written after each campaign.
  • The overall delivery of campaigns should be led effectively, adhering to timelines, delivery matrices, and budgets.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills are necessary to achieve success.
  • National and international travel may be required for client meetings and campaign executions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in PR&IM roles, preferably within an agency setting.
  • A degree in Design, Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field.
  • Exceptional client communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • A deep understanding of emerging technologies, digital trends, and platforms is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are required to motivate teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary.
