PR and Influencer Marketing (PR&IM) Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled PR and Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping and promoting the brand's image and reputation. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing PR&IM strategies, managing crisis communications, creating compelling content, planning events, and building relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, present, and manage executions of influencer campaigns across various social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate actively with clients to plan and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns that meet their brief.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on influencer campaign performance.
  • Identify and establish relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
  • Develop innovative content ideas and curate content in close coordination with creative teams and client representatives.
  • Attend relevant industry events for networking and business purposes.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and users.
  • Pursue new and creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
  • Deliver comprehensive post-campaign reports on influencer campaigns.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns according to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Effectively communicate ideas in both written and verbal formats, build strong relationships with influencers, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Be open to national and international travel for client meetings and campaign executions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in PR&IM roles, preferably within an agency setting.
  • A degree in Design, Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field.
  • Exceptional client communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to deliver outstanding client service.
  • A deep understanding of emerging technologies, digital trends, and platforms, with a passion for integrating innovation into creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
