Job Title: Production Bakery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Production Bakery Manager.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our bakery, including production planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

  1. Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery of products.
  2. Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of production, including food safety and quality control.
  3. Manage staff shift timings and ensure on-time presence of staff in the factory daily.
  4. Purchase raw materials as per production demand and ensure Just In Time Inventory to reduce expiry risks of various food items.
  5. Reduce wastage of raw materials during production.
  6. Document all recipes of bakery items and perform research and development for producing new bakery items.
  7. Prepare daily reports on purchasing raw materials and submit to the Accounts Department.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a production management role within the food industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
