Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager LMTs and IMTs, located in Lahore. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within their designated territory, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include training sales staff, analyzing sales data, and meeting sales targets. The role requires travel within the territory to engage with retail partners and monitor product performance.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience dealing with LMTs and IMTs
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong Sales and Sales Management experience
- Proven ability in Training and managing sales teams
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and developing strategies
- Ability to work independently and drive sales growth within the territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the FMCG or bakery snacking industry is a plus
- Mid-Senior level
