Software Engineering Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to create and maintain robust applications that meet business requirements. This role demands expertise in software development, documentation, and the ability to work within structured frameworks using customer-defined tools and processes.

This position requires strong technical skills, with experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and documentation skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

About the Job:
  • Create detailed High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for application development projects.
  • Develop and implement code and configuration updates aligned with project requirements and design specifications.
  • Perform comprehensive Unit Testing, Component Integration Testing (CIT), and Happy Scenario Testing with documented proof.
  • Maintain and update project documentation and system-specific service documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare release notes, installation guides, operation procedures, release build & packaging, and operational handover documentation.
  • Provide regular and on-demand project updates, delivery reports, and status of points planned/consumed/available.
  • Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoC), solution capability checks, and validations when required.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer (KT) sessions restricted to project/enhancement functional scope and new/updated functionalities.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in software development and solution design.
  • Strong expertise in Java and .NET application development.
  • Hands-on experience with Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, Git, and DevOps frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
