Software Testing Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Tester to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in software testing and is proficient in Agile methodologies, SCRUM, and Agile Testing Life Cycles. They should also have knowledge of OOP, Data Structures, and Algorithms.

The successful candidate will take ownership of manual testing tasks, create boundary value, positive, and negative test cases, and understand Software Design Specifications. UI Automation and issue tracking tool (JIRA) knowledge are desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute verification of features broken down into components for weekly releases.
  • Own all QA artifacts, identifying execution gaps and owning process improvements.
  • Investigate ES and customer-facing issues being reported, aiding in retrospecting possible customer issues.
  • Document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in web and mobile applications as well as ELD functions, outputs, online screens, and content.
  • Own E2E testing.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Software Testing.
  • Ability to test map-based real-time systems.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SCRUM, and Agile Testing Life Cycles.
  • Take ownership of manual testing tasks.
  • Experience in both manual testing and automation.
  • Understand Software Design Specifications.
  • Create boundary value, positive, and negative test cases.
  • Basic knowledge of Rest API.
  • UI Automation is a plus.
  • Issue tracking tool (JIRA) knowledge preferred.
  • Knowledge of OOP, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
  • Interest in programming languages and code reviews.
