About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.

This role involves conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in marketing tools and platforms are essential for this position.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and PPC
