Job Description

As an IT&D Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver excellence in everything they do.

  • Build strong partnerships with management teams to ensure projects and procedures align with global priorities.
  • Deliver IT strategy and objectives on time, within budget, and meeting quality benchmarks.
  • Contribute to the development of the regional IT strategy and its successful implementation in the country.
  • Effectively manage Country IT services to meet business needs.
  • Ensure security protocols protect IT environments from physical and logical intrusion.
  • Provide a work environment that is focused on user needs.
  • Manage external relationships with vendors to benefit the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to deliver strategic objectives.
  2. Develop and implement effective IT strategies to drive business growth.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  4. Manage IT budgets and resources to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
