Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Team Lead to oversee daily operations, manage sales teams, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop new employees to ensure they meet company standards
  • Design salary structures and implement compensation and benefits packages
  • Review weekly sales performance and create end-of-week spreadsheets to inform business decisions
  • Outsource projects to other centers as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and consistently exceed key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with the operations manager to optimize team management and operational efficiency
