As a mid-level sales development representative, you will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel outbound activities to generate qualified meetings for the account executive team. This involves prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to US B2B prospects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US market.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
- Utilize HubSpot and proven sales cadences to schedule at least 12 qualified appointments per month for the account executive team.
Key qualifications include:
- 2+ years of B2B outbound sales or lead-generation experience, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Demonstrated success booking qualified meetings within the US market.
- Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive).
- Excellent spoken and written English; clear, confident phone presence.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding KPI targets in a remote sales job.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working US Central hours.
