Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Manager to lead the organization's financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed asset register, and bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards.">
  • Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with other departments, conducting variance analysis and providing insights into financial performance.">
  • Evaluate and improve internal controls and accounting policies, identifying areas for process improvement and cost control.">
  • Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team, providing guidance, training, and development to team members, and coordinating with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities as necessary.">
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless financial operations, maintaining effective communication and fostering a positive working relationship.">
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.">
  • Implement and monitor internal controls, adhering to regulatory and statutory requirements, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data.">
  • Participate in strategic planning, contributing to financial decision-making, and developing long-term goals and objectives.">

Key Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification, preferably MBA Finance.">
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in related industries.">
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, etc.) and advanced MS Excel.">
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.">
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy.">
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.">
