Job Title: Business Development and Marketing Expert

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our Sales and Marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled Sales and Marketing expert who can promote business development and contribute to our organization's growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, STAKEHOLDERS, AND PARTNERS THROUGH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales processes and improve results
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the real estate field or a related industry
  • EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH ABILITY TO ARTICULATE COMPLEX IDEAS CLEARLY AND CONCISELY
  • Strong organization and project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively to various audiences
  • Ability to commute/relocate to Karachi
