Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth. If you have excellent sales skills, knowledge of the real estate market, and strong communication abilities, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends.
  2. Generate leads, build and maintain client relationships, and provide tailored marketing solutions.
  3. Implement strategies to achieve targets, deliver presentations, and close deals.
  4. Work with marketing and sales teams to align strategies, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  5. Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and update management on progress.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. At least 01 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  4. Strong understanding of the real estate market.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
