Job Description

A Solutions Architect will take business requirements and convert them into a software design that serves as a blueprint for the implementation team to follow. This individual ensures that the implementation team adheres to the design and delivers the project according to the agreed-upon plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Participate in presales, user experience design, sprint, development, and delivery phases of a project and review the overall proposal.
  • During user experience design, provide valuable input and review wireframes from a technical standpoint.
  • Before actual development work starts, produce necessary artifacts to guide the team.
  • Necessary artifacts for the development team will be provided as a Solutions Design Document.
  • Ensure that the design is followed during the development phase and document any changes in the design.
  • Review the work produced by the development team.
  • Provide necessary training to developers and serve as the sole point of contact for stakeholders and the team on all technical matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science from a reputable university.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience, preferably as a full stack developer in multiple technologies.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience making important architecture & design decisions, such as data domain modeling, application of design patterns, & design using third-party components.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design, including in-depth understanding of coding languages, operating systems, and databases, as well as strong organizational and leadership skills.
