Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash and card transactions, and maintaining accurate records of sales.

1. Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
2. Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all customers
3. Maintain clean and organized checkout area at all times
4. Keep accurate records of all sales transactions
5. Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies
6. Answer customer questions and concerns in a professional manner
7. Assist with inventory management as needed

1. High school diploma or equivalent is required
2. Previous retail experience is preferred
3. Strong math skills to handle cash transactions accurately
4. Excellent communication skills in English are essential
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
6. Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
7. Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds
