We're seeking a skilled and innovative UX Designer to craft groundbreaking visual designs and optimize user experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with the User Experience and Innovation group to drive design strategies through user research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft innovative visual designs that set industry trends and elevate CureMD's digital presence.
  • Lead design initiatives and campaigns, ensuring all visual assets meet top-tier aesthetic standards.
  • Innovate new approaches to interaction design to enhance user experiences across various platforms and devices.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design projects and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. They'll be an excellent communicator, able to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design and development.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Certifications in relevant design methodologies or tools are a plus.
