**Amazon Account Manager Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Amazon Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts with a focus on communication, value addition, and retention.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee key services such as PPC, SEO, design, logistics, payments, catalog management, and issue resolution.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to team members and international partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and trust.
  • Develop and execute growth plans for assigned accounts, working closely with direct reports.
  • Communicate account strategies and ensure deliverables are met on time.

**Results You Will Drive:**

  • Strong client retention and renewal rates.
  • Significant account revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Operational efficiency by resolving client issues promptly.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in the Amazon ecosystem, preferably in a reseller or agency setting.
  • Degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing direct reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Client-facing experience with a track record of delegating tasks and achieving results.
