Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the setup, functioning, and maintenance of remote monitoring systems at gas metering stations to ensure smooth operation.
  2. Evaluate the performance of remote monitoring server applications and web interfaces to guarantee optimal functionality.
  3. Maintain a database of customers in the remote monitoring server application, ensuring accurate records are kept.
  4. Administer web applications and manage user access to prevent unauthorized use.
  5. Analyze data and prepare reports as per business needs or management requirements, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  6. Maintain spares availability for uninterrupted operation of the remote monitoring system.
  7. Procure remote monitoring systems and spares on time, including preparing technical specifications, evaluating reports, and inspecting received equipment and spares to meet quality standards.
  8. Manage teams effectively, implement proactive planning and scheduling processes to optimize manpower utilization and complete tasks within established time schedules.
  9. Develop, implement, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility for team members, ensuring they align with overall business objectives.
  10. Ensure KPIs are met by following the overall plan, maintaining focus on results-driven outcomes.
  11. Guarantee 24/7 availability of remote monitoring and data acquisition systems, providing continuous support to operations.
