
Documentation Manager

We are seeking a Documentation Specialist to support our web project team, proposal writer, bid/tender writer, and web content writer. This role requires strong project administration, interpersonal, and data management skills.
The successful candidate will have expertise in English writing and spoken skills, proficiency in managing large quantities of data with meticulous attention to detail and data integrity.
They should have experience with Microsoft Project, preferably MS Project 2007, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
This role involves multiple tasks including assistance with project onboarding, creation/maintenance of weekly reports, coordination, taking minutes of online meetings with clients, general correspondence, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Administration: Assist the web project team with project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Data Management: Manage and manipulate large quantities of data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication: Interact with various levels of personnel through written and verbal communication.
- Multitasking: Prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive assignments effectively.
Requirements:
- Strong project administration and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office products.
- Experience in a consulting services business is preferred.
