Senior PPC Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Senior PPC Specialist to own and execute our paid lead generation strategy.

This dynamic role will focus on driving high-quality, conversion-ready leads and sales through Google Ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development and Optimization:
  • Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
  • Content Creation and Testing:
  • Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and perform rigorous A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Data Analysis and Tracking:
  • Analyze performance data to maximize Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) and minimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Conversion Tracking and Reporting:
  • Implement and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and report on campaign performance with data-backed insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce.
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Tools and Technologies: Expert in Google Ads, GA4, and Google Merchant Center.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-obsessed with strong analytical skills in Excel/Sheets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
