Job Title

As a Senior Strategic Director, you will lead the company in its mission to revolutionize the cosmetics industry through cutting-edge virtual try-on solutions. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement the company's long-term vision and strategic goals.
    • Identify market opportunities and establish the company as a leading brand in the cosmetics and AI industries.
    • Define and execute a roadmap for product development and market expansion.
  • Business Development:
    • Build and maintain relationships with major cosmetics brands and retailers.
    • Drive B2B partnerships and customer acquisition to grow the client base.
    • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand recognition.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Oversee daily operations to ensure the company meets its performance and financial goals.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of the Virtual Makeup Try-On SDK and other AI solutions.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the leadership team and employees.
  • Attract and retain top talent in technology, design, and marketing.
  • Create a healthy and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company's values.
  • Drive revenue growth while managing costs to achieve profitability.
  • Secure funding through investors, grants, or other financial channels when required.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and maintain strong financial reporting systems.
Product and Technology Focus:
  • Ensure the Virtual Makeup Try-On SDK meets customer needs and market trends.
  • Stay updated on advancements in AI, AR, and machine learning to guide product innovation.
  • Drive customer validation processes to refine and enhance product offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership and Vision:
    • Proven track record in leading and scaling tech startups or mid-sized businesses.
    • Ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving ambitious goals.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of AI/AR technologies, particularly in virtual try-on solutions.
