About the Position

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategies to acquire new business and grow existing client accounts
  • Conducting market research to identify prospects and convert leads into sales
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Working closely with the operations and HR team to ensure client expectations are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development (preferably in BPO/Call Center industry)
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in major BD tools: CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, etc.
  • Must be proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated
