We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Lead to oversee the accounting functions of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate recording and reporting in the accounting system.
  • Supervise and review the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and annual budgets.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow and banking operations, including regular reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Process and manage accounts payable, receivable, and employee reimbursements efficiently.
  • Maintain the general ledger, including posting of journal entries and month-end/year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure tax compliance by overseeing tax filings, preparing necessary documentation, and staying updated with tax regulations.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, providing complete and accurate financial data.
  • Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis, cost analysis, and forecasting to support management decisions.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in supervising accounting staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
