Main Responsibilities
  • Manage payments to vendors, suppliers, creators, and shipping partners
  • Handle payroll processes while ensuring compliance
  • Prepare and maintain profit & loss statements, track COGS & landed costs
  • Monitor business cash flow and ensure liquidity for operations
  • Prioritize and manage advertising fees (Amazon, Facebook) & other marketing expenses
  • Forecast cash flow, inventory needs & growth projections
  • Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts & ensure compliance
